2. Products & Availability We source products from third-party suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, product availability, images, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the contact form at axisarrayshop.com before the item ships. Once an order has been forwarded to our supplier and shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. After delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery Times vary by destination and supplier. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Most year-round products ship from fulfillment locations in the United States. Seasonal and holiday products are generally shipped internationally and may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
