Refund policy

Refund Policy

 Axis Array Shop will refund any products damaged during the shipping and delivery process, missing items not received within 30 days of purchase, and/or other approved circumstances. To begin the refund process, the customer must send a photo of the product to axisarrayshop@yahoo.com to request a refund. 

Axis Array Shop will review the request and if it meets the above criteria for refunds, a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days after request. No refunds related to size will be granted due to the size being listed on each product. If no size is found, the refund will meet the "other approved circumstances" criteria and a refund will be issued.

Return Policy

No return products will be accepted as a return from Axis Array Shop nor its affiliated vendor. Please discard using the proper way of disposal.
