Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Many products are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by product:

  • Most products arrive within 3–5 business days after processing
  • Some products may take 3–7 business days after processing
  • A few products may take 3–8 business days after processing
  • Delivery typically takes approximately 6–12 business days from processing through delivery, with many arriving within 7–11 business days

Shipping options, costs, and the available delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and can be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Year-Round Collection

Products in our year-round "For Your Pet" collection are shipped from fulfillment locations in the United States. Delivery estimates and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Holiday Collection

Most holiday products are shipped internationally from our supplier or fulfillment partners to customers in the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, carrier, customs processing, and destination.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery dates.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be handled according to the shipping destination and carrier requirements.
